Mandatory Physical Verification: Uploading documents is not enough. Our field agents must conduct a physical visit to your farm/store before selling privileges are unlocked. All vendors are required to provide accurate and truthful descriptions of their products, including weight, quantity, quality, and health condition (for livestock and perishable goods). Any form of misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.

  • Vendors must ensure that all products are healthy, safe, and fit for consumption or intended use at the point of delivery.

Buyers are required to inspect products immediately upon delivery. Any complaint regarding incorrect weight, poor quality, unhealthy or damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via the platform’s dispute channel.

  • Upon receiving a complaint, the platform will review all submitted evidence from both parties.
  • A neutral decision will be made based on fairness, evidence, and platform policies.
  • The platform reserves the right to make the final decision in all disputes.

If a complaint is verified and proven true by our admin:

Payments made by buyers are held temporarily in our Escrow System. Funds are only released when the buyer confirms satisfactory delivery, or after a dispute resolution process is successfully completed.

The platform reserves the right to investigate any transaction, request additional information from users, and enforce decisions deemed fair and necessary to protect the integrity of the marketplace.
